We want you to be happy and fully satisfied with your purchases and understand that sometimes it takes seeing and touching an item to determine that. However, keep in mind that we will only refund items that have been unused, unwashed and in their original packing material. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale items or promotional sales, nor are we responsible for any lost returns. Please allow 7-10 days for processing.
